I've been an avid reader since I was a little girl, and I’ve been writing my own stories since my teenage years, so it was no surprise when I decided I wanted to work with books. After graduating as a Literary, Technical, and Scientific Translator, I started working with publishing houses and independent authors.

In the translation process, I use the necessary resources to adapt the text to the target audience without altering the original message nor the author's writing style, in order to produce a natural and flowing text.
What does a literary translator do?
The literary translator's main goal is to keep the author's meaning and to try to cause the same effect on the readers of the translated version.
To achieve this, the linguist must have a vast amount of knowledge of both the target and the source languages, and a great creativity to solve the idiomatic and cultural issues that may arise during the process.
